I have used this product in the past and found it so easy to reach areas I struggle with. My old one broke and I hadn’t renewed it prior to my recent holiday, how I missed it! Not much tan on back as not enough suncream on. However I ordered replacement on Saturday and arrived today (Tuesday) now ready for next time. Will use 2nd applicator for moisturiser. I have used this product for years, probably since shortly after it was first launched. I use it every single day to apply a medicated cream to my back. Without the applicator that would be very difficult. The applicator usually lasts about two years before the handle begins to show signs of cracking and always in the same place. I guess that is simply because of pressure , in the same place with the daily use of this item .

Well done for someone inventing this gadget, perhaps it could improve even more for ease of use? I liked the spare applicator pad thank you. I have recommended it to my daughters in law and also to a Dermatologist who was concerned for an elderly patient who could not reach to cream her back to ease her very painful eczema.

The flat handle is uncomfortable to grip onto tightly which makes it very hard to rub cream/lotion into the skin. A rounder handle would be much better, instead of a flat piece of plastic.

Yes, it definitely helps to put more cream on my back, but I would like to have had it a little longer in length as I have a painful right shoulder and cannot extend my arm as far as most people probably can.

I’m now able to declare this to be the best item I’ve bought since Hovis sliced bread.I decided having practised with a radiator paint roller, that I needed something more practicable that would enable me to apply sun lotion evenly to my back because I burn easily, given I’d sacked the ex-girlfriend, who last holiday gave me ear ache for two whole weeks. One of the best things I like about the BackBliss is that you can purchase any and all spares as necessary. So many times in the past I have bought products which, when they wear out, have no spares available to purchase hence our “throw away society”. As someone who has the most sensitive skin known to humankind, I put my P20 on with this and didn’t get burnt. In Turkey (35 degrees!!) The only slight issue for me was that the pad flew off a couple of times, but that was maybe me just being heavy handed with it. There’s probably not much else to say really, other than I am very happy with the product.

Like it a lot, but wish it was easier to wash out the pad. BACKBLISS: any pad attached to a lotion applicator will need to be washed regularly for hygiene purposes. The BackBliss pads just needs a little bit of squeezing to make sure you get enough of your lotion and cream out of the soft velvet-like pad before washing. I am sure this little effort is preferably to wasting lots of cream and lotion on a big sponge-like material.
