I had had a pair of the back scratchers, but they got “lost” during a move, so of course I had to replace them!! Thinking seriously of giving my sister a pair for her birthday. I only wish the little hole in the handle was large enough to fit my little finger through, for more leverage. Thanks so much for such a terrific product, it far and away beats any other back scratcher I’ve ever seen!

Would like the handle to be a little longer and the brush to be a little thinner. It is too bulky and catches easily on clothing. I was expecting it to be much lighter than it is. Good idea to be able to wash the brush head.

I had been using one of those ‘hand on a stick’ type backscratcher, but this is SOooo much better.
For a start it covers a wider area and you can be as gentle or aggressive as you like. It’s easier to reach the itchy bit and you can wash it. Finally it’s nice and colourful. What more could you want.

I must be one of your earliest customers! Last time I ordered a new lotion applicator by phone, you were kind enough to tell me about the backscratcher and then to enclose one with my order, free of charge, for me to try. It has also been brilliant, and in almost daily use, hence my latest order for a new handle!(for the backscratcher) And THIS time, you have been kind enough to refund me some of the p&p costs. I was reluctant to order online but now I realise that you still give such a really personal service, I won’t hesitate further. The lotion applicator is used daily to apply a prescription cream to parts of my back that I’d never be able to reach, so with the two pieces of kit, my problems are solved. Thank you Caroline!

Only downside is that the head dislodges reasonably frequently – possibly a design issue that could easily be rectified(can’t find a way of making the tabs fit securley at the back). BACKBLISS: The head needs to be clicked firmly in place – with a little wiggle left and right. Unless the tabs at either end of the scratching pad are clicked firmly behind the small catches, it scratching pad will dislodge.
