Dispatch
Where possible your order will be sent out the day it is received. Normally orders received before about 2pm go the same day, but this may not happen for later orders.
Orders will definitely be sent within 24 hours of receipt (weekends excluded).
Royal Mail Methods used and Delivery Times
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Small Packet (UK) or AirMail SMALL PACKET (Europe/Rest of World).
United Kingdom 1-2 working days
Europe 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery
BackBliss delivers to most countries. There are no restrictions on mailing BackBliss products. If I cannot deliver to your specified country I’ll contact you.
Customs and duty
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we’re sorry but we don’t have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What happens after you place your order?
When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email to the address you supplied from BackBliss saying that your order is being processed. This means that your order has been received in our warehouse and that somebody is making up the product(s) you’ve ordered before printing a packing slip and putting both of these in an envelope addressed to you.
Once this has been done one of our dispatch team will login into our order system and mark your order as completed. Your order is now on its way to you.
