Why is reaching the middle of your back is so difficult ?

There are many reasons why we may sometimes find ourselves with compromised mobility, either temporarily or permanently.

Back pain

Back pain is extremely common in the UK and is often one of those nebulous symptoms which have no specific cause.  Back pain can really slow us down, and it is important to reach out to practitioners who may be able to help. While your GP should always be your first point of call, it is highly likely that a chiropractor or osteopath will be able to provide better long term solutions via a tailored programme of manipulation and follow-up exercises that they can design specifically for you.  They may also recommend trying topical treatments with the help of a cream back applicator.

Arthritis

Arthritis is a relatively common complaint.  Its main symptoms are pain that can range in severity, and joint inflammation. There are several different sorts of arthritis.  The most common being osteoarthritis, which is caused by the tearing away of the essential cartilage that lies between the bones.  This leads to bone rubbing directly on bone, and can be very painful. Rheumatoid arthritis is a more serious but less widespread form of arthritis.  It is significant swelling and pain. Rheumatoid arthritis can severely restrict mobility.

Age

As we age, we generally become less flexible.  It is important to stay active and keep exercising, as this will have a beneficial impact on our mobility.  Decreasing mobility can stop us doing the things that we once took for granted, whether indulging in favourite hobbies just as sport or gardening, or day to day necessities such as housework.

If possible, following a gentle programme of exercise will help to stay flexible.  Reaching the more inaccessible parts of the body, such as the back, can also become a bit of a challenge.  It is therefore ironic that many of the conditions that contribute to limited mobility may require as part of a treatment regimen the topical application of a prescription cream to the back area and this can become very difficult without help.  As many of us wish to stay as independent as possible, whatever the reason for our reduced mobility, it is time to look for an answer to this common problem.

Solution

Using a BackBliss back cream applicator with its cleverly designed long flexible handle, will ensure that you can still cleanse your back and apply prescription or moisturising creams despite any reduced mobility issues you may be experiencing.  It allows you to apply just the right amount of pressure to smoothly and evenly apply all types of product, and the pads are thin enough to ensure that they will not absorb it.  While conditions causing loss of movement can be undoubtedly be distressing, this is one aspect that you will, thankfully, no longer need to worry about.
